The Role

We’re on the lookout for motivated Production Operatives to join our fast-paced team. Based on the factory floor, you’ll be hands-on in preparing, assembling, and packaging food products that meet the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Morning Shift Hours

Monday - Thursday / 07:00 - 15:00

Friday / 06:00 - 14:00

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will:

  • Manufacture and pack food products in line with company standards
  • Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the shift ("Clean As You Go")
  • Operate machinery where trained and required
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Support daily targets while maintaining product quality
  • Flag and report any issues, defects, or safety concerns
  • Assist with product changeovers and basic machine setup
  • Maintain full traceability through correct labelling and recording
