We’re on the lookout for motivated Production Operatives to join our fast-paced team. Based on the factory floor, you’ll be hands-on in preparing, assembling, and packaging food products that meet the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Monday - Thursday / 07:00 - 15:00
Friday / 06:00 - 14:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, you will:
- Manufacture and pack food products in line with company standards
- Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the shift ("Clean As You Go")
- Operate machinery where trained and required
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Support daily targets while maintaining product quality
- Flag and report any issues, defects, or safety concerns
- Assist with product changeovers and basic machine setup
- Maintain full traceability through correct labelling and recording
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced factory environment
- Good understanding of equipment and production goals
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
