Production Operative

Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Competitive Pay: Earn between £12.00 to £13.86 per hour (£27,305.98 per annum) +£500 joining bonus, with overtime opportunities at enhanced rates.

Immediate start: Begin your new role right away

3 shift rota: 06:00 to 14:00 – 14:00 to 22:00 – 22:00 to 06:00

Mon to Fri only

Your role:

• Operate machinery and ensure smooth production flow
• Produce high-end doors
• Assembly line work
• Conduct basic quality checks
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide timely and proactive support.

• Commitment to working safely
• Reliability and quality consciousness
• Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
• Basic English communication skills
• Positive attitude.
