The role will require you to work in one of three departments they have available. We hold site tours to show you all the departments to see which ones you'd feel you'd be most suited to. The roles include but are not limited to (as they change dependant on department)
Polishing and finalising ceramic products
Visual inspections of delicate ceramic products to ensure high standards
Recording defects within internal systems
Organising finished products ready for sale
Machine operation
Producing clay products
Cleaning duties
General Labour

Once you are fully registered with us we will be taking groups of people out for a tour of the site, this will also you to have a full understanding of the environment you will be working in. Please note, due to the nature of the clients business this may not be suitable for some medical conditions such as asthma/skin conditions. Some departments do require ear production due to high noise volumes (this is provided)

- Awareness and ability to follow safety instructions and procedures
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
