Due to internal promotions, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our Sleaford site!
What You Need
- The production manager will be accountable for leading the Operations Team to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the business.
- Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness, quality and consistency and efficiencies through the development of people, processes and systems.
- Enhancing the group mission, vision and Values.
What You Need
- Senior Leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Food processing knowledge and experience
- Food Hygiene qualification
- Experience of budget control and financially awareness
- Demonstrate the ability to work cross functionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Written and Verbal)
- Ability to manage staff to deliver results
- Self-motivated and highly result orientated
- Ability to act alone on own initiative and work under pressure
- 3rd level educational qualification is desirable.
- Experience gained within a range of sites chilled / frozen food manufacturing businesses is desirable.
- Proven track record of achievement in continuous improvement is desirable.
- NEBOSH / IOSH qualification is desirable.
