We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, overseeing production lines, managing a team of Assembly Operators, and working closely with engineering, deployment, and finance teams to deliver high-quality transportation technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise multiple production lines across various products
- Introduce new products into production (with Production Engineering support)
- Drive efficiency, reduce waste, and meet production targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team
- Ensure accurate inventory and flag shortages proactively
- Implement SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards
- Support ERP/ MRP processes (D365) and cross-site standardisation
- Proven experience in a production management role
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Process improvement mindset and cross-functional collaboration
