JOB: Product Support Co:ordinator
LOCATION: East Sussex (some WFH may be possible after induction)
TERM: Permanent
SALARY: GBP 24,000 : GBP 28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
My client design and manufacture a variety of products and they are looking to take on a Product Support Co:ordinator on a permanent basis in the East Sussex area.
The Product Support Co:ordinatorwill ideally have the following attributes:
: Previous experience working in a similar role would be ideal
: Product Support, Sales Support, Project Support, Marketing roles would all have given transferable skills
: Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
: Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
: Excellent proficiency working with computers, technical data and MS Office
: Have good initiative
The Product Support Co:ordinator role will involve:
: Providing product sales support
: Answering questions in relation to both new and existing products
: Communicating with different teams between engineering, sales and marketing
: Supporting product guide type material
: Helping with project communications
: Updating product information and technical data on the website when required
: Working on different projects and achieving the timescales set
: There is the opportunity to develop with the company long term
