PRODUCT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Hours: 17.5 hours - 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: to be worked between Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 Flexi working considered
Salary: £11.54ph pre probation £11.67 post probation insert post probation or KPIs if relevant
Location: Office based - New Milton
Start Date : ASAP

You will have proven experience of working in a similar administrative support role and a customer service environment
Excellent personal administration and interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers and staff with great written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel and Word and a good working knowledge of a Service Management System
To provide effective and efficient administration of Product Support tasks including the management of the team’s inbox, invoice processing & logging new tickets on behalf of Appello’s customers.

To provide effective and efficient administration of Product Support tasks including the management of the team’s inbox, invoice processing & logging new tickets on behalf of Appello’s customers.
Daily tasks ...
- Process all invoices which are sent to us by 3rd Party Maintainers
- Log LARC emails onto the ticketing system
- Raise new tickets on behalf of customers that have either raised a new works order or have raised a new fault form
- Assist the Technicians with actioning jobs which may be awaiting customer or third party action
- Maintain the team’s inbox to ensure all queries are sent to the relevant individuals in the business or actioned correctly
- Provide ad-hoc support to Product Support Team Leader & Head of Product Support with any other administrative tasks that may be required
