The Opportunity

Join our product team and work with Agile teams to solve customer and business challenges through high-quality software solutions. You will contribute to prioritising product features, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals. By understanding the competitive landscape, client aspirations, and strategic objectives, you will support the execution of the product roadmap.

Reports into: Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    • Use business analysis techniques to define user requirements, ensuring alignment with product goals.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions, focusing the team on delivering value.
    • Track product progress and KPIs to measure success.
    • Work with the Product Manager to break down the roadmap into actionable backlog items, working closely with the engineering team(s).
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to the business.
    • Gather customer feedback to inform future product decisions and work closely with Customer Success teams.
    • Collaborate across teams to develop and maintain client offerings, ensuring competitiveness.

Experience/Skills

    • Proven experience (typically 1 – 2 years) managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and working with Agile teams.
    • A track record of delivering value-driven products on time and in scope, aligned with business objectives.
    • Proficiency in product management tools and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with experience in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
    • Strong knowledge of SaaS, PropTech, and B2B industries.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
    • Ability to help stakeholders prioritise and maximise business value.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
