Position Summary:
Leading all aspects of product development and management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Work with internal and external collaborators to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Define and communicate the product strategy and vision. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals.
- Partner with customers to establish product specifications and secure the punctual release of top-quality products.
- Plan and implement product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve impact.
- Monitor how our products are performing by analyzing metrics and data. Continuously improve based on user feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix and collaborative environment.
