Product Manager (iOS) at Evaro
Evaro is looking to do for healthcare what online banking has done for finance, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to help us do just that.
About the job
We’re looking to hire a Product Manager to lead the development of tools and services that improve healthcare accessibility, sustainability, and scalability. You’ll have a background in mobile product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and user-centred design thinking. You’ll be experienced in shaping mobile-first experiences and are passionate about solving real-world problems through elegant product solutions.
This is an on-site role based in our Norwich office.

This is an on-site role based in our Norwich office.
In this role
In this role you will:
- Help define and deliver digital health products that directly impact how patients access care.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Marketing to build seamless, scalable digital experiences.
- Tackle the complexity of mobile-first product delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Use your strategic mindset and analytical tools to ensure every feature and flow improves user outcomes and meets healthcare compliance.
- Be the vital link between the technical and business sides of the company, ensuring goals are aligned and projects move forward with clarity and purpose.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience with Mobile Product Management (e.g. iOS, Android)
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of user research, data-driven decision making, and iterative delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and deliver against them
- Passion for healthcare and a drive to create positive patient impact
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. Healthcare/HealthTech, Finance/FinTech, Aerospace, Energy, Automotive)
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusion principles in product design
- Previous involvement in scaling early-stage products or startups
