Job Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and user-obsessed Product Manager – Editor to lead the evolution of ThriveCart's suite of visual editing tools—spanning our page builder, checkout editor, funnel builder, email template editor, and more. You'll define the roadmap and lead delivery of seamless, high-performing, and flexible tools that allow users to create, customize, and launch revenue-driving experiences without writing code.

This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of usability, performance, and creative flexibility, and is passionate about enabling creators and marketers to work faster and smarter.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Own the product roadmap and execution of ThriveCart's visual editing experiences (e.g., drag-and-drop editors, layout systems, modular components).
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver a fast, modern, intuitive interface for editing checkout pages, funnels, email templates, and other customizable elements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to gather user feedback and translate needs into impactful product enhancements.
  • Ensure accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility across all editable outputs.
  • Drive improvements in editor performance, version control, and real-time preview functionality.
  • Balance simplicity for non-technical users with power features for advanced creators (e.g., conditional logic, reusable components, embedded scripts).
  • Identify opportunities for marketplace/template expansion and user-generated content workflows. Analyze usage data and user behavior to optimize editor flows and reduce friction in publishing or launching assets.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Science, UX, or related field preferred—but practical experience is more important than credentials.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with web-based design tools, CMS editors, website/page builders, or eCommerce SaaS products.
  • Product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, General Assembly, Pragmatic) are a plus but not required.
  • Experience with no-code platforms or low-code tooling
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with designers to improve user workflows.
  • Technical fluency—you can confidently discuss architecture tradeoffs, understand front-end frameworks, and collaborate with engineers on implementation details.
  • Familiarity with visual editing interfaces (e.g., Webflow, Canva, Figma, Elementor, Unbounce, or email builders).
  • Data-driven approach—you make decisions based on user insights, usage patterns, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment with fast iteration cycles.
  • Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, or growth product management.
  • Understanding of rendering performance and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and templating systems (Liquid, Handlebars, etc.)
