What This Role Is All About

This exciting role will form part of a cross-functional team who is accountable for the end-to-end digital customer experience for our Health insurance Quote and Apply across experiences.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog spanning multiple audiences, products and stakeholders across the business.

You will be accountable for shaping and delivering features that release quantifiable business and customer value as well as a profound contribution to your Product Delivery Streams vision and Vitality’s overall 2026 Business Ambition.

The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial passion to bring about real change through their customer journeys.

Key Actions

  • Shape and deliver a bold, customer-first product strategy for Quote and Apply — aligning your vision with real user needs and business goals
  • Lead inclusive ideation and design sessions, working side-by-side with R&D, UX, engineering, and content to bring meaningful features to life
  • Own the full product experience — using insights, empathy, and curiosity to continuously improve and remove friction for users
  • Prioritise what matters most, managing a dynamic backlog and delivering value fast through agile, customer-led practices
  • Be the voice of the customer in every sprint, ensuring each feature adds clarity, accessibility, and delight to the journey
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape clear, purposeful user stories, journey epics, and feature maps that drive real impact
  • Stay ahead of the curve — keeping an eye on market trends and competitors to guide smart, forward-thinking decisions

  • Skilled in producing clear, high-quality documentation and artefacts that support effective delivery
  • Passionate about creating positive, empowering experiences for customers and colleagues alike
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
