About The Team

In this Product Management role, you’ll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly-changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you’ll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected

What You’ll Own

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
• Customer Insight: Strong skills in gathering and analysing customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Project Management: Expertise in managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data and making data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex ideas.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product management tools and agile development processes
  
  

What You Bring

• Knowledge of best practices in UX to create intuitive and engaging interfaces
• Good understanding of the payments processing industry and enterprise customer needs
• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
• Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products. A bachelor’s in business or marketing or the equivalent experience
