The Role

• Formulate and define scope and objectives for product deliverables with a thorough understanding of business processes.

• Serve as a Blockchain, DLT solutions expert to build digital asset servicing capabilities in partnership with business and technology teams.

• Design and build future-state business architecture to support new and existing Blockchain, DLT use cases.

• Evaluate different Blockchain protocols/platforms to explore solution alternatives and serve as a trusted advisor.

• Provide guidance on blockchain, DLT capabilities to determine the best path forward factoring in feasibility, maturity, cost, and time to market.

• Work with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements and functional specifications.

What You'll Need

• Relevant experience working in payments, fintech, and/or financial services.

• Deep technical understanding of leading blockchain protocols, their strengths, and gaps.

• Experience in product design and development with a strong technical aptitude.

• Execution-focused with experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements across cross-functional partners.
