Product Enablement Manager – Empower Teams and Maximise Product Value!Are you ready to empower our teams and ensure our customers get the maximum value from our products? As a Product Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling internal teams with product knowledge, assisting with sales demonstrations and attrition meetings, and engaging customers and staff with the latest release features and benefits. Join our dynamic team and make a difference! Some of your key responsibilities include:Internal Team Enablement: Equip our Sales, Support, and Customer Experience (CX) teams with comprehensive knowledge of our products. Provide training overviews, resources, and support to ensure they can effectively communicate product value to our customers.Sales Demonstrations and Attrition Meetings: Assist with sales demonstrations and attrition meetings to showcase product features and benefits, addressing customer concerns and highlighting value propositions.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure they are getting the maximum value from our software.Release Communication: Communicate the latest release features and benefits to both customers and internal staff, ensuring everyone is informed and can leverage new functionalities.Product Development: Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products and services.User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the end-user, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to all product decisions.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.Measuring Product Success: Develop and implement frameworks to measure product success, including customer satisfaction, product adoption, and overall impact on business goals.

Key Responsibilities


  • Define and prioritise enablement initiatives to support our internal teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the vision and shape of our products.

  • Work alongside sales, support, and CX teams to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge and the tools to be successful.

  • Proactively address roadblocks to ensure successful enablement and customer satisfaction.

  • Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations.

  • Communicate the latest product updates and features to internal teams and customers.

  • Develop and implement frameworks to measure product success.




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Proven experience in product enablement or similar role in product management.

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision making.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
