Product Analyst

Reporting to the Snr Product Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data insights and enabling evidence-based decision making across our organization.

• Utilize advanced SQL, Metabase, and Redshift to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to uncover actionable insights and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and squads, to understand their reporting and analytical needs and provide them with the necessary support.
• Own the single source of truth for the business, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Conduct hypothesis-led learning in analytical data assets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Utilize AB test evaluations to drive feature improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Provide analytics to optimise general operations within the business for supply chain, commercial & store tech
• Proven experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase/Tableau etc
• Familiarity with Redshift or other similar data warehousing technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience of A/B testing, experience in running retailed-based tool analytics
• Experience of BigQuery is desirable
