We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of production experience, preferentially with a social agency background. You’ll be responsible for all elements of production, from location sourcing to casting, crewing up to catering. One minute you might be behind the scenes with the England Football Team, the next minute you could be leading a shoot on a Big Bus Tour in Berlin.

Production is a key part of our business and this role will be integral to the success of the agency moving forward.

The Role

  • Production: You’re a hands-on producer, armed with an impressive and varied list of credits, not afraid to get stuck into whatever creative concept we present you with. You’re a whizz with casting calls, location sourcing, contract negotiations and much more. You’ll be comfortable creating content in line with assigned budgets.
  • On Set: You’re fully comfortable on set and can easily run small – medium scale shoots. You’re a natural problem solver, and are able to offer pragmatic solutions if faced with issues.
  • Social Native Execution: You understand social and have our platforms and channels in mind whenever producing content.
  • Admin: You’ll help with the day-to-day functionality of our production department, and be happy to step in with call sheets, invoicing and budgets.

General Requirements

  • London-based (you will be expected in-office 3 x a week, as well as to attend various shoots around the city at times)
  • 5+ years production experience
  • Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient across G suite

Preferred (Non-essential To Apply)

  • Being at the forefront of social media content, working with clients who want to push boundaries to industry acclaim
  • Mentorship, feedback, and the space to develop your craft.
  • A front-row seat to some of the boldest, most culturally fluent brand work in the social space.
