Zest is an award-winning company that creates exhilarating theatre and cultural experiences for, with and inspired by those under 25. 

Zest joined Arts Council England’s National Portfolio in April 2023 and received £540,000 of support between 2023 and 26. This investment is enabling Zest to create increasingly transformative, high-quality theatre and cultural experiences for thousands of young people across the country while expanding our core team of permanent staff.

We’re looking for a dynamic Producer to support and develop the coordination and delivery of Zest’s projects. You’ll ensure our touring productions, installations, and activities run seamlessly while supporting the Executive Producer with organisational operations, logistics, and marketing. If you’re detail-focused, thrive on making things happen, and are passionate about producing impactful work, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work at least two days per week in person at our office base in Lincoln. Zest is open to flexible, remote working arrangements that best support our staff’s needs and development.

The Producer will be ideas-driven and excited about using their experience and knowledge to push boundaries and help Zest discover new ways of connecting with young people.
