Your responsibilities
You will be part of the Procurement Solutions team based in UK, which focusses on ensuring best value-for-money procurement and maximizing business and project value for our day to day business operations.
We are searching for self-driven individual who has some experience in working in an international environment with the following profile:
You will be part of the Procurement Solutions team based in UK, which focusses on ensuring best value-for-money procurement and maximizing business and project value for our day to day business operations.
- The focus area of this role is Engineering & Professional Services, and supporting other Indirect spend categories.
- You will have overall sourcing responsibility for specific tender strategies, this includes supplier invitation & selection, negotiation and implementation of supplier contracts.
- Actively manage business stakeholders across all Uniper operations, locally and internationally.
- Have close collaboration with the other Procurement functions; Business Solutions, Performance & Culture, and Digitalisation teams.
- Perform day to day tasks in the relevant systems & tools; SAP, SAP Ariba/Ivalua.
- Actively manage Uniper suppliers ensuring competitive contracts and reliable supplies.
- Manage Contracts & Claims where required.
We are searching for self-driven individual who has some experience in working in an international environment with the following profile:
- Several years of experience in the energy industry and/or Procurement.
- MCIPS qualified, or working towards.
- Experience of managing larger procurement projects and/or tenders, in the area of Engineering Services or Technical Consulting would be a benefit.
- Experience in using SAP, SAP Ariba/Ivalua and relevant platforms would be a plus.
- Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders, their conflicting requirements & cross-functional overlaps.
- Working proficiency in English.
