What will you be doing?
As a Senior Member Of The Team, You Will
- Lead and inspire a team of four, driving performance, capability, and professional growth.
- Act as a trusted commercial adviser to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and supporting major programmes within the People and Resources portfolio.
- Shape and deliver a complex and varied procurement pipeline, balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery.
- Ensure our activity achieves real impact by embedding robust governance, compliance, and risk management, while also looking for opportunities to innovate and add value.
- Champion our business partner model, raising the profile of procurement and ensuring best practice is consistently applied across the organisation.
