Are you passionate about food innovation and ready to turn great ideas into real, scalable products? We're working with a leading food manufacturer to find a talented Process Technologist to help bridge the gap between the development kitchen and the factory floor.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in bringing new products to life-ensuring they meet high technical and quality standards as they move from concept to launch.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the scale-up of new products from kitchen to full-scale factory production
  • Organising and running factory trials for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects
  • Driving continuous improvement and value engineering to enhance product quality and efficiency
  • Working with cross-functional teams including Technical, Operations, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementation of changes
  • Supporting the introduction of new technologies aligned with the Product Development Strategy

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a similar technical field
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing (FMCG), ideally in a process, development, or NPD-focused role
  • Understanding of key food production methods-such as extrusion, frying, baking, sheeting, and flavouring
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement
  • A genuine enthusiasm for food, innovation, and quality
