Roxel is an Anglo-French company that designs, develops and manufactures solid propellant rocket motors for use in tactical missiles. Its operations are spread across several sites in the UK and France and it has an annual turnover of about £100M and over 700 staff.
We have openings for Process Operatives. Applicants will be required to work in various areas of the business based for operational needs.

Please note: As a sucessful applicant you will be required to undertake an occupational health assessment and be able to pass a security clearance. We have openings for Process Operatives. Applicants will be required to work in various areas of the business based for operational needs.
Duties
- Carry out daily activities in accordance with plans, and as directed by the Cell Leader or Cell Manager.
- Manufacturing, producing, assembling and finishing products in accordance with approved methods of manufacture.
- Conducting tasks in line with standards, procedure and manuals, and taking personal responsibility to ensure processes are followed.
- Ensure work stations and environment is always in a fit for purpose state, meaning clean, safe and maintained.
- Escalating equipment and facility faults to Cell Supervision
- Responsible to ensure their own training is updated and maintained to enable the operative to perform the duties required and requested by the Cell Leader or Manager.
- Flexibility across skills and responsibilities expected in line with business needs.
- Maintain S5 standards within production cell.
- Notify cell leader of any issues with cell-based consumables, record keeping and data accuracy on a daily basis.
- Take an active part in improvement projects as required by the department.
- Involvement in meetings including planning, risks assessments, methods and team briefs.

- Methodical and thorough approach
- Attention to detail
- Manufacturing Industry experience ideal and subject matter knowledge beneficial
