What You Will Do as Process Engineer:


  • Develop, configure, and optimise industrial processes from concept through to certification, ensuring efficiency and reliability
  • Assess and improve production processes by conducting measurements, interpreting data, and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Design, test, and upgrade mechanical and automated systems, including those for batch and chemical operations
  • Lead process development for EV specialty components, driving innovation and scalability
  • Manage the introduction of new capital equipment, overseeing commissioning and smooth handover to production teams
  • Use structured problem-solving techniques to address quality and efficiency issues, ensuring continuous improvement

What You Will Bring as Process Engineer;


  • Degree qualified Engineer or equivalent with relevant experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment preferably within the 1st Tier Automotive Industry
  • Proven experience in a process, production, or industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality improvement tools
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
