Here at SSCL, we are looking for a strong process administrator to join an exciting team within the Pensions Interface department supporting 2 of our government clients. You will be responsible for carrying out investigations into the payroll system and collating the data. If you are looking for an administration and would like to gain experience in project work, then this role is for you. Your role would involve 2 days in the office, Tuesday and Wednesdays per week and 3 days from home. We offer benefits which you can flex to meet your needs and training and development opportunities.

This is a full time permanent position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Checking validation reports
  • Submitting workload effectively to the deadline given
  • Reviewing SOP records
  • Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups
  • Identify and suggest areas of improvement
  • Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually

What you’ll bring:

  • Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Assimilates and applies policies and procedures consistently
  • Accurate and timely delivery of tasks
  • Effective problem solver
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail in record keeping
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel

It would be great if you had:

  • Able to follow process
  • Computer literate (excel)
  • Ability to navigate around and understand use of relevant systems
