Event Ownership and Planning
- Lead the planning and execution of all private events, including C-suite breakfasts, invitation only roundtables, and partner-hosted client activations.
- Own end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, guest list management, agenda planning, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with commercial teams to tailor events that support client goals and showcase BizClik’s market-leading platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and sponsors during the event planning process.
- Build bespoke experiences that enhance brand value and create opportunities for strategic conversations.
- Deliver high touch service to ensure exceptional experience for both clients and attendees.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing and sales teams to integrate events into wider campaigns.
- Contribute to wider event content strategy by identifying themes, moderators and speakers aligned with verticals.
- Track event performance metrics (e.g. attendance, engagement, post-event feedback) and deliver actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Build and manage event timelines, budgets and production schedules.
- Maintain best in class supplier relationships for venues, AV, catering and production.
- Implement systems for continuous improvement across planning, delivery and reporting.
- Growth in volume and quality of private events delivered per quarter.
- High client satisfaction scores and repeat bookings from key partners.
- Strong attendee engagement and alignment with commercial goals.
- Enhanced visibility and reputation of BizClik’s client-facing activations.
- Proven experience managing B2B events, ideally within a media, agency, or corporate setting.
- Confident working with C-suite stakeholders and delivering premium, detail driven experiences.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how events drive business relationships and brand value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, calm under pressure and solutions focused.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, event software platforms and reporting dashboards.
