Private Client Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Grangemouth, Stirlingshire

We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join this growing Law Firm in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire. The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in private client law, with a particular focus on wills and trusts.

The role will involve advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate administration. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and conscientious individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice and assistance to clients on a wide range of private client matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate administration
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Litigation and advocacy
• Managing client relationships
• Providing training and support to junior members of the team
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland with 3+ years' experience in private client law, with a particular focus on wills and trusts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong research and drafting skills
