Pre-Construction Manager

Role Overview

The Pre-Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of the pre-construction phase, from initial project planning to contract procurement. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Degree in construction management, engineering, design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on pre-construction activities.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., , AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Membership in relevant professional organisations (e.g., Chartered Institute of Building) is advantageous.
