As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer Associate to join our growing Solutions Engineering team.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced IT professional looking to transition into Cyber Security and Presales. You will join our growing Solutions Engineering Team, where you will gain exposure to working with exciting technologies, backed by the wider Engineering Team and vendors
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our partners and customers by demonstrating, and enabling the adoption of our cyber security solutions. This role requires a background in either IT Support, Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity.
Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) environments would be beneficial
Your ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success.

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our partners and customers by demonstrating, and enabling the adoption of our cyber security solutions. This role requires a background in either IT Support, Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity.
Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) environments would be beneficial
Your ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
- Experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments is desirable but not essential.
- A good understanding of security operations, threat detection, and incident response solutions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner engagements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for our cyber security solutions.
- Provide technical training and technical enablement sessions for partners, resellers, and end customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices in cybersecurity operations and OT security.
- Support responses to technical RFPs and RFIs.
- Work closely with vendor technical and sales teams to stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing and marketing resources
