As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of both sites, overseeing all operational aspects and line managing our dedicated team – including our skilled clinical staff. Key responsibilities
We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader with previous management experience – ideally within a veterinary, healthcare, or similar clinical environment. You will be a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of balancing operational needs with people-first leadership.

About The Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of both sites, overseeing all operational aspects and line managing our dedicated team – including our skilled clinical staff. Your leadership will foster a supportive, high-performing culture, ensuring our people feel valued and empowered to deliver outstanding care.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across two practice locations
- Provide clear leadership and management to both clinical and non-clinical teams
- Drive service standards, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, and HR processes
- Support and develop team members through mentoring and training with direct line management responsibilities for clinical and non clinical colleagues potentially
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to business growth
