As a Senior PR & Outreach Specialist you will play a large part in accelerating our collabs strategy. With a large focus on working with celebrity names, brand ambassadors, talent & PR agencies, worldwide. The role with have a strong focus on PR skills, brand partnerships, negotiating costs and building meaningful relationships. You will have a strong understanding in brand alignment. You will work closely with brand, marketing and creative, bringing the best partnerships to the brand and curating a bank of on brand collaboration opportunities. This role will also oversee PR initiatives, to further establish Oh Polly's brand image., Outreach & Relationship Management: Talent Sourcing:

  • Build and maintain a "brand army" of preapproved influencers and collaborators, ensuring a diverse and strategically selected pool of talent.
  • Develop a comprehensive database of influencers and talent (similar to the existing master document), categorized by tier, rate, and suitability for different collections.

Talent Outreach:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, agents, and managers to ensure a steady stream of new talent.
  • Negotiate rates and terms for influencer partnerships, collaborations, and long-term deals.

Pre-Negotiated Talent Pool:

  • Build and maintain a "shopping list" of preapproved talent, with pre-negotiated rates, ready for selection ahead of each collection launch.
  • Work closely with the Collaborations team to ensure that talent is selected based on brand fit, collection aesthetics, and campaign goals.

Negotiation & Long-Term Deals: Negotiating Rates:

  • Continuously negotiate competitive rates for influencers, ensuring cost-effective partnerships while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Work on long-term collaboration agreements with key influencers, building loyalty and consistent partnerships for Oh Polly.

Talent Tiers & Strategy:

  • Organize talent into tiers based on their audience size, engagement, and relevance to Oh Polly, ensuring the right influencer mix for each campaign.
  • Negotiate bulk deals or multi-collection contracts to streamline processes and secure beneficial long-term partnerships.

Public Relations (PR) Initiatives: Celebrity Outreach:

  • Work on gifting strategies, targeting celebrity stylists and high-profile individuals to increase Oh Polly's visibility in the fashion world.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with PR agencies, stylists, and fashion editors to secure media coverage and placements.

Brand Building:

  • Ensure that Oh Polly is positioned as a go-to brand in the influencer and fashion world by building strong relationships with key figures.
  • Support broader PR initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness through partnerships, events, and media exposure.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaboration Team Support:

  • Collaborate with the Collaborations team to ensure the smooth execution of influencer partnerships, from initial outreach to final content delivery.
  • Provide the team with a well-maintained database of talent to streamline the selection process for each collection.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to align outreach and PR efforts with the brand's overall strategy and upcoming collections.

Campaign Strategy:

2+ years of experience in influencer outreach, talent management or public relations within fashion or lifestyle industry.

Strong track record of negotiating rates and managing influencer relationships.

  • Relationship Management:

Strong networking skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with influencers, agents, and PR contacts. Familiarity with the influencer landscape, particularly in fashion and lifestyle markets.

  • Negotiation Skills:

Confident negotiator with experience securing favourable rates and terms for influencer collaborations. Ability to secure long-term deals with influencers, adding value to the brand over time.

  • PR & Gifting Experience:

Experience in managing PR initiatives, particularly around celebrity stylist gifting, product placements, and influencer outreach.

  • Organisational Skills:

Ability to manage a large database of talent and ensure that all documentation, rates, and agreements are kept up to date.
