About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven, numerically literate PPC Executive to join the marketing team here at PLT. You will work with the Assistant PPC Manager & Paid Media Manager to ensure all PPC activity falls in line with the wider paid search and digital marketing strategy.


As a PPC Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day management and optimisation of selected search, shopping, app and YouTube campaigns across multiple markets, to achieve agreed KPIs and maximize conversions within a targeted return on ad spend
  • Growing our search activity in line with targets
  • Optimising using automated bidding solutions
  • Fulfilling ongoing tasks to ensure that all campaigns are in line with the channel’s best practice and wider strategy
  • Reporting on account performance and providing regular performance updates
  • Collaboration with management to plan and deliver key PPC projects
  • Implementing a continuous test and learn cycle across campaigns
  • Working with our 3rd party feed provider to optimise shopping activity
  • Ongoing promotion support across all activity
  • Working closely with Google and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with trade, market and business trends


Requirements

We’re looking for a PPC Executive who demonstrates a willingness to take all Google and industry qualifications where requested. You need to have excellent communication skills when working within the team, wider team and when working externally with suppliers.


As a PPC Executive you will be an effective team player within the PPC team and wider business. Excellent numerical and analytical skills are critical to succeed within this role. In addition to this, you need to display strong attention to detail and the ability to keep up the pace of a truly fast fashion brand through showing productivity, efficiently and hard work.


As a PPC Executive you need to have exceptional time management, organisation and reporting skills. You will be pro-active and a keen learner; always pushing yourself to find out more about the business and industry. You will display high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.

As well as displaying a true passion for PPC and digital marketing in general, you will also have:


  • 2+ years of experience in PPC advertising.
  • Proven track record in driving successful PPC campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads & Bing.
  • Experience with Google Shopping Ads.
  • Experience with YouTube and Google App campaigns (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Apple Search Ads (preferred).
  • Experience using bid management tools (e.g. SA360).
  • Experience with a feed management provider (preferred).
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills – with special attention to Excel.
