About The Role

We are looking for motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Port Operatives at our busy terminal.

You Will Be Responsible For The

• Working 4 on 4 off
• Safely and efficiently handle all types of cargo during port operations.
• Perform various Terminal activities, ensuring smooth, reliable operations.
• Comply with legislation and company policies, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all personnel.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage openly and honestly with the team, taking ownership of your role and contributing to a collaborative workplace culture.
  
  

About You 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong organisational and time management skills. They will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and able to work independently or collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently. Experience with RoRo vessels and a Tugmaster license is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided. A valid UK driving license is required.
