Porsche Digital Expert / Digital Marketing Executive
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences and representing a prestigious luxury brand? We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our online presence, foster brand loyalty, and create memorable digital interactions with our customers.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. OTE up to £28,000 plus benefits.

Your role will ensure a seamless and consistent digital environment that aligns with our luxury brand standards, driving lead generation, engagement, and community building across all digital channels.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through a personalised, premium online service. Your role will ensure a seamless and consistent digital environment that aligns with our luxury brand standards, driving lead generation, engagement, and community building across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an engaging online marketing strategy in collaboration with the Centre marketing team, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain all digital platforms, ensuring content consistency tailored to target audiences.
- Act as an online concierge, assisting customers with product queries via live channels, providing expert guidance as an “Online Product Genius.”
- Keep the Centre website current with latest models, offers, events, and essential information using the Content Management System.
- Use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and user behaviour to inform content and marketing strategies.
- Maintain active, engaging social media channels, increasing followers and fostering online communities.
- Drive lead generation through social media activities, targeted invitations, and digital communication informed by customer insights.
- Respond promptly and professionally to online customer comments, reviews, and inquiries, managing reputation and community sentiment.
- Collaborate closely with sales and after-sales teams to ensure integrated, consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain high-quality customer data within CRM systems to support targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or customer engagement, preferably within luxury or automotive brands.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain brand integrity.
