Job Title: PMO Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team as part of a PMO as a Service (PMOaaS) for our client. The PMO Analyst will play a key role in supporting traditional PMO activities within FinTech programmes, starting with a large transformation programme aimed at consolidating multiple reporting systems into one. This role requires experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). A background in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support traditional PMO activities within FinTech programmes.
  • Assist in a large transformation programme to consolidate multiple reporting systems into one.
  • Utilise SDLC experience to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain and update project documentation using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to ensure project risks and issues are identified and addressed.


Essential Skills

  • Experience with PMO activities.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Expertise in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing RAID logs.


Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Background in finance is a nice-to-have.
