The Steam Thermal Solutions business is one of three businesses within Spirax Group. Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
- Weekly data gathering & Reporting
- Resource Administration including onboarding of both interim colleagues and suppliers, off boarding and renewals
- Procurement support including creation of Purchase Orders and follow-up activities
- Supplier, Delivery partner and interim colleague invoice approval facilitation and Goods Receipting management
- Timesheet co-ordination and progression for interim colleagues
- Meeting and event arrangement and coordination along with travel support
- Document management ensuring key documents are accessible and under version control
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools
- Working in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
- Be an excellent communicator and able to confidently engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Possess excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Be able to create meaningful reports and presentations which inform and engage with the audience
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
