The Steam Thermal Solutions business is one of three businesses within Spirax Group. Spirax Sarco and Gestra, are our two brands that form Steam Thermal Solutions and are global leaders in the supply of engineered solutions for the design, provision and maintenance of efficient industrial and commercial steam systems. Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
- Weekly data gathering & Reporting
- Resource Administration including onboarding of both interim colleagues and suppliers, off boarding and renewals
- Procurement support including creation of Purchase Orders and follow-up activities
- Supplier, Delivery partner and interim colleague invoice approval facilitation and Goods Receipting management
- Timesheet co-ordination and progression for interim colleagues
- Meeting and event arrangement and coordination along with travel support
- Document management ensuring key documents are accessible and under version control
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools
- Working in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
- Be an excellent communicator and able to confidently engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Possess excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Be able to create meaningful reports and presentations which inform and engage with the audience
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
