Tasks

  • Lead and supervise a team of play workers in delivering high-quality play activities.
  • Plan and organize play sessions, ensuring that they are engaging, educational, and inclusive for children.
  • Develop and implement play-based programs that promote physical, social, and cognitive development of children.
  • Create a safe and stimulating play environment for children, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and assess the progress and well-being of children during play sessions, providing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children in a primary education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team of play workers
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
