What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will manage the day to day running of a small plant team of approximately 80 people
• In this role you will be responsible for the safety of people and processes
• Delivering a high level of customer focus and daily and monthly targets for safety, deliver, quality and financial will be part of your role
• You will manage customer requirements
• In this role you will organise the daily flow of products through the facility
• You will ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  
  

What Makes You Great

• You will have a HND or higher education level in an Engineering/Technical discipline
• You will have relevant experience in an operations leadership role
