The Plant Coordinator (Service & Maintenance) is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of plant and fleet assets, ensuring all equipment and vehicles are serviced, maintained, inspected, and tested in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient use of plant and fleet resources across the business.

 

 As a Plant Coordinator (Service and Maintenance) you will:

• Oversee the lifecycle of plant and fleet assets from acquisition to disposal.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance whilst maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain adherence to JNB minimum plant standards and legal regulations.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions where required
• Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure planned servicing, unplanned maintenance, testing and inspections are carried out to a high standard.
• Monitor usage, fuel, damage, loss and overall spend across the fleet.
• Use data to identify efficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
