The Capacity & Cost Management (C2M) team is critical to optimizing resource utilization and driving cost effectiveness for the TAP program. We are seeking a talented, data-driven Planning Support Manager to lead a team of data analysts. In this role, you will spearhead the development of capacity planning tools, reports, and analytics solutions that directly impact TAP's operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. As a key player in our organization, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and innovative technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling TAP to maximize its resources and stay ahead in a dynamic business environment. Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6 data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and analytical excellence
- Identify and prioritize business needs for planning solutions across multiple stakeholders through Agile framework
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
- Drive the adoption of data-driven planning solutions through stakeholder engagement and training
- Manage project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget constraints
- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance planning capabilities
- A degree
- Experience in planning and/or forecasting roles
- Experience in people management
- Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Experience of owning and delivering end to end dashboards, reporting tools, optimizers or other analytics solutions.
- Relevant experience in analyzing large data sets, data quality, and data warehousing to identify improvement opportunities
- Relevant experience creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, and visualisation tools
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Previous coding experience in R, Python, or VBA.
