How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will oversee the end-to-end planning process, ensuring all documentation and governance procedures are effectively maintained and evolved to meet project demands.
- Develop and control planning standards and principles, ensuring adherence by the Operational Planning community.
- Maintain the Planning Output File template, integrating supply assumptions to support the commercial forecasting cycle.
- Drive routine controlling sessions with Operational Planners, ensuring live plans are updated to reflect the latest project changes.
- Utilize your expertise in Primavera P6 to train and upskill new Operational Planners, delivering master class sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- You have expert-level experience with planning and control systems, particularly Primavera P6 and Excel.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project environments, ideally with a background in the Wind Industry or engineering services.
- You possess deep knowledge of complex planning principles, supported by relevant planning qualifications.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from large and complex data sets.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
