Photography Coordinator - Build to Rent

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven individual to support our Build to Rent and Photography teams — helping bring London’s most exciting homes to life online.


In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the heart of our property marketing operations, ensuring every listing looks its best and reaches the market quickly.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Uploading high-quality images, floorplans, and descriptions to our internal systems and website — making sure every listing shines.
  • Booking photoshoots and coordinating with our photographers to capture stunning visuals of new Build to Rent properties.
  • Liaising with Foxtons front offices and the Build to Rent team to keep listings accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency, including IT.
  • Writing compelling property descriptions using your own initiative.
  • Designing eye-catching brochures that showcase our properties.
  • Using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook daily
  • Ensuring photography jobs are assigned promptly when new show apartments are ready.
  • Keeping listings moving — processing everything quickly and accurately.


You’ll be helping us maintain the high standards Foxtons is known for, making sure every property is presented at its best and reaches the market without delay.


About You


Skills:


  • Well organised individual with ability to organise diaries
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and general IT competency
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • A flexible and adaptive approach to work.
