We're Hiring: Experienced Personnel Logistics Coordinator

Location: Office-Based, IKM Testing UK Ltd, Westhill, Aberdeen

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent


Are you a highly organised logistics professional with a knack for coordinating people and schedules in a fast-paced environment? IKM Testing UK Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Personnel Logistics Coordinator to join our dedicated team.


As a Personnel Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel across a variety of onshore and offshore projects. Your ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and deliver exceptional support to both staff and management will be critical to the role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of personnel logistics, including travel, accommodation, and certification compliance
  • Support the mobilisation of crews to meet project timelines and client requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel movements and availability
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide out-of-hours support when required


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a personnel logistics coordination role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Pipeline, Process & Well Services experience is advantageous, but not essential
