Your new company is a large and well established organisation situated in Swansea. My client is seeking an individual with experience of being a Personal Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your new role

Responsibilities

In your new role as a Personal Assistant, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Managing the daily administration of the Company Secretarial team.
  • Assisting in the preparation of various documents, such as drafting correspondence, editing, proofreading, formatting reports, and creating/editing meeting packs and agendas.
  • Helping to organise and maintain annual meetings.
  • Managing busy calendars and diary schedules, coordinating meetings (often with last-minute changes), liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Executive/Personal Assistants), and arranging meeting rooms and refreshments.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and booking accommodation for overseas meetings.
  • Collating expense claims.
  • Organising, attending, and taking minutes at weekly team meetings.
  • Monitoring the Company Secretarial team inbox and distributing emails.

What You'll Need To Succeed

The ideal candidate will be proactive, excel in time management, and thrive under pressure. You should be an experienced Personal Assistant with a proven track record of providing administrative support to senior executives.

What You'll Get In Return

In return, you will be joining a fantastic team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will receive a competitive salary between £28,000 - £32,000 and will be rewarded with a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.
