The Central Integrated Health Community are recruiting an experienced Band 5 PA to work closely with the IHC Director and IHC Medical Director. This role is critical to our plan to deliver clinically led services to our population.
The successful candidate will be an experienced PA who has experience of supporting Directors at a senior level.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, who can work in a very busy and demanding role supporting two senior Directors, working flexibly to suit the needs of the service.
Main duties of the job
To provide a high level PA and administrative service to IHC Directors within Central IHC. Communicating and liaising at a very senior level within the organisation.
Extensive diary management, including the scheduling and re-scheduling of appointment and meetings. To include the compilation of complex agendas, and the taking and transcribing of formal minutes.
Managing a bring forward system, providing proactive support of Directors workload to ensure they are fully briefed and prepared.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Degree or equivalent level of experience
- ECDL Qualification or equivalent experience
- GCSE passes in at least english and maths or equivalent experience
- Diploma in office administration or experience to diploma level
- Typing/word processing qualification
- NVQ or equivalent in administration
- Advanced ECDL certificate
- Audio typing
- Certificate in supervision or management
Essential criteria
- Significant experience at a high level of providing a comprehensive admin/PA service
- Experience of setting up and using filing/IT systems
- Familiar with office procedures and deadlines
- Previous experience of working as an administrator/PA to Executive Director or equivalent
- Previous experience working in the NHS
