Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised, adaptable PA to support several members of our senior leadership team. Working at the heart of national security, this role requires someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment, can juggle priorities, and is always two steps ahead.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing proactive diary and inbox management
- Managing expenses and travel arrangements (UK and occasionally international)
- Coordinating leadership meetings and small events
- Acting as the key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication across teams
- Collaborating as part of a friendly, well-established team of five EAs
- Proven EA experience, ideally supporting senior leaders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Flexibility, this isn’t always a ‘9–5’ role
- Confident using Teams, SharePoint, MS Office Suite and other communication tools
- Someone who brings initiative, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
- Willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate level of security clearance (essential)
