The Role:

Whether you’re an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge or someone ready to step into a fast-paced environment, this role offers the chance to contribute to the efficient operation of key business teams.


A bit about the job:


As an Administrative Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of selected teams within the organisation. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to handling travel arrangements and maintaining records, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. You’ll also support business leadership in implementing controls and standard procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.


This role is essential in supporting our externally facing HoFS and plays a vital part in enabling our teams to function effectively. You will work closely with various departments, supporting logistics, office operations, and team coordination while contributing to key projects and initiatives.


Skills and experience we’re looking for:


  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
