- Mentor and support General Managers
- Lead with company values, providing clear communication and leadership
- 3 + years HM experience
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care
- Commercial acumen and financial management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt, mentor others, and manage multiple priorities
