Performance Team Leader - Supply Chain

Salary up to £35,000

Location: Eastleigh/Sheffield

A bit about the job:

You’ll lead our Bill Payment Team, helping us deliver excellent service to our members and suppliers. This role sits within Procurement and Outsourcing, where we focus on performance, collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of around 10, supporting their development and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll also work closely with other teams to improve processes and customer outcomes. Your leadership will help us deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working.


Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication with an ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience managing teams preferred but not essential
  • Analytical thinking - comfortable using data to make decisions
  • Comfortable working independently and with cross functional teams
  • Skilled in maintaining procedures and improving data quality
