About The Job
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Director to take our customer acquisition engine to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead Omaze’s global performance marketing strategy—owning growth across all paid channels and driving measurable business impact. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts as we grow our audience and expand internationally.
You’ll bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, with a focus on building scalable programs, improving efficiency, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Working closely with our Product, Analytics, Creative, and Brand teams, you’ll ensure our campaigns are optimized end-to-end—from first click to conversion. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across ATL, paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team and agency partners.
- Own customer acquisition targets and optimize LTV to CAC across all paid media efforts.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Data, and Brand teams to build high-converting campaigns and landing pages.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, run A/B tests, and iterate on strategies to improve CAC and LTV.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Omaze ahead of the curve in digital marketing innovation.
- Establish scalable processes for campaign planning, execution, reporting, and budget management.
- Demonstrable performance marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, scale-ups, or digital consumer brands
- Proven success managing large budgets across multiple paid media channels with a track record of driving efficient growth.
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tools.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data, dashboards, and reports to derive actionable insights.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a test-and-learn mentality.
