About The Job

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Director to take our customer acquisition engine to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead Omaze’s global performance marketing strategy—owning growth across all paid channels and driving measurable business impact. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts as we grow our audience and expand internationally.

You’ll bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, with a focus on building scalable programs, improving efficiency, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Working closely with our Product, Analytics, Creative, and Brand teams, you’ll ensure our campaigns are optimized end-to-end—from first click to conversion. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to combine performance with purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across ATL, paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team and agency partners.
  • Own customer acquisition targets and optimize LTV to CAC across all paid media efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Data, and Brand teams to build high-converting campaigns and landing pages.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, run A/B tests, and iterate on strategies to improve CAC and LTV.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Omaze ahead of the curve in digital marketing innovation.
  • Establish scalable processes for campaign planning, execution, reporting, and budget management.

About You

  • Demonstrable performance marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, scale-ups, or digital consumer brands
  • Proven success managing large budgets across multiple paid media channels with a track record of driving efficient growth.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data, dashboards, and reports to derive actionable insights.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a test-and-learn mentality.

We actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation. We welcome all backgrounds, identities, and perspectives and work hard to ensure that every Omaze employee can bring their authentic self to work at all times.

Our Benefits Package

  • Generous stock options scheme
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%
  • £1,200 learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships
  • Personal equipment budget to work from home
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • Life assurance of 4x your salary

Our hiring process

Skills

Our hiring process may vary between roles, particularly for technical roles where we may incorporate a technical skills/based interview, but as standard you’ll have:

  • Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads
  • First stage interview with the Hiring Manager
  • On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders - this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members.
  • Final stage interview with one of our Execs.

On average, our hiring process takes around 2-3 weeks after your initial screening call.

We hire on a rolling basis, so we’ll close the role when we either a) have enough applications to process or b) have hired someone exceptional to fill the position. You’ll hear from us throughout the process, but if you’ve got any questions, please reach out to us at

[email protected].
